Day 1


Place: HANOI ARRIVAL – SAPA ( MEALS: -)

Details:

Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, our guide and driver will meet you at the airport. Upon your
arrival, we have lunch at a Hanoi, then we start trip to Sapa. Arrive to Sapa after 6-hour
driving, we check in hotel. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 2


Place: SAPA DISCOVERY( MEALS: B,L)

Details:

After breakfast, our driver and tour guide will take you to Y Linh Ho village where we trek
down to the bridge and it is time to trek up and down to Lao Chai village. Both are villages
of the Black H‟Mong minorities. Then we are through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village
of the Dzay minority people. Lunch at a local family, it gives you a worth chance for you to
learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive
custom. This trekking route is not hard and enables you to take great photos of the terraced
fields. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 3


Place: FANSIPAN PEAK - HANOI( MEALS: B,L)

Details:

After breakfast, we are heading to visit Fansipan Peak – known as “ the roof of Indochina”,
get on the cable car to nearly the top of Fansipan Peak and spend 20 minutes with cable car
to enjoy the spectacular scenery.
After 20 minutes on cable car, you reach the altitude of 2800 meters. Then spend a good
time to see the view and take photos, visit pagoda the spiritual destinations before getting on
another walk up to the top of Fansipan Peak. Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view and take
photos.
Have lunch at local restaurant. Then we get on the car and go back to Hanoi.
Arrive to Hanoi in the evening, you check in hotel. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 4


Place: HANOI CITY TOUR ( MEALS: B,L)

Details:

After breakfast, our tour guide will meet you in the hotel lobby. We will visit Hanoi
with Ho Chi Minh Complex that completed in 1975. We visit outside Ho Chi Minh
Mausoleum. The complex includes the Presidential Palace, House-on-Stilts, the Ho Chi
Minh Mausoleum and One Pillar pagoda. After that we will visit the Temple of
Literature that was originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam‟s
first University dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance of Vietnamese
society for education.
Have lunch at a nice restaurant in city center.
After lunch, we continue our trip to visit Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake: The
Ngoc Son temple is set on a tiny island on the Hoan KiemLake, its history dating back to

the 13th century. The temple is reached by crossing the The Huc Bridge which literally
means the „Place Touched by Morning Sunbeams‟. The Hoan Kiem Lake is the local point
of the city and the source of many legends. After that, we take
45 minutes Cyclo Tour through the Old Quarter: Also known as the 36 streets, this bustling
area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers.
Originally, each of the 36 s names‟ was related to the products being sold there. It‟s a great
place to explore on foot with numerous photo opportunities.
Before back to your hotel, we will enjoy the water puppet show at Thang Long theatre - a
tradictional performance of Vietnamese. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5


Place: HANOI - NINH BINH ( MEALS: B,L)

Details:

After your breakfast, our driver and tour-guide‟ll pick you up at your hotel. Then, we‟ll
head to Ninh Binh – known as the first capital of Vietnam during 10th-century.
The first visit will be Hoa Lu, the picturesque site of a 10th-century capital of an ancient
Vietnamese Kingdom called Dai Co Viet for 41 years (968-1009). You will visit to the 2
promient temples called King Dinh Temple & King Le Temple. Lunch will be served at a
local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we take the amazing boat trip to visit Trang An grottoes which is a
gathering of 31 valleys, 50 cross-water caves, and home to 600 kinds of flora and over 200
kinds of fauna, many of them in the Red Book of Vietnam. While rowing through Trang An
grotto in the quiet, fresh air of the highlands, with only the sound of birds and the oars
stirring the clear water and surrounded by magnificent forested mountains upon which graze
white goats, visitors enjoy a heaven on earth. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 6


Place: DAY 6: HANOI – HA LONG BAY ( MEALS: B,L,D)

Details:

After your breakfast, we leave Hanoi for Halong Bay in 3 hours drive. Ha Long Bay is
known as the most famous World Heritage Site in Vietnam for its beautiful seascape,
thousands of spectacular islands and islets jutting out from the sea, amazing caves with
marvelous stalagmites and stalactites in different sizes and shapes.
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed on board. Lunch will be served while the boat is sailing to
Halong Bay. In the afternoon, we‟ll join some activities: sightseeing, kayaking, swimming,
visit cave...(depending on each cruise‟s itinerary). Stay overnight on the cruise.

Day 7


Place: HA LONG BAY – HUE ( B,L)

Details:

Enjoy the morning view of the beautiful landscape with a cup of coffee or tea then have
breakfast. After breakfast, the cruise will bring you on a trip to explore deeper inside the
bay. The brunch will be served on the way sailing back to the port and our driver will pick
you up and transfer to Noi Bai International Airport. We fly to Hue. Upon your arrival, our
driver picks you up and transfer you to the hotel in Hue. Overnight in Hue.

Day 8


Place: HUE CITY TOUR ( B,L)

Details:

After breakfast, a full day trip to visit the old capital city of Vietnam under the Nguyen
Dynasty ruled from 1802 to 1945, with first stop at the Imperial Citadel giving you a better
understanding of the beauty of Vietnamese Royal architecture and culture.

Then we will take a beautiful dragon boat trip along Perfume River and visit to Thien Mu
Pagoda – one of the most popular attractions in Hue. It is located on the banks of poetic
Perfume River with typical traditional architecture of Hue pagodas and famous for the event

that buddhist monk from this temple, Thich Quang Duc, burn himself to death for anti-
government protest in 1963.

The next stops will be King Ming Mang and King Khai Dinh tombs which are the most
beautiful works of royal architecture of the Nguyen dynasty. Overnight in Hue.

Day 9


Place: HOI AN ANCIENT CITY TOUR – MY SON SANCTUARY( MEALS: B,L)

Details:

After breakfast, our driver & tour-guide pick you up and discover Hoi An Ancient City.
Today, we‟ll visit Hoi An ancient town with merchants' homes, the 400 year-old Japanese
Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colourful riverside market.
Lunch is served at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we are heading to visit My Son Sanctuary, once the spiritual capital of
Champa Kingdom that dominated South East Asia for nearly a thousand years and occupied
most of the central parts of Vietnam from 2nd century to 16th century with very rich in
history and culture. Contemplate its remarkable red brick towers and sanctuaries dating
from between the 7th and 13th centuries. Back to hotel in Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 10


Place: HOI AN FREE DAY - HO CHI MINH CITY ( MEALS:B)

Details:

After breakfast, you are free at your leisure. Today, you have a chance to discover Hoi An
ancient city on your own or relax on amazing beaches.
Upon your flight schedule, our driver picks you up and transfer to Da Nang International
Airport. Upon your arrival at Tan Son Nhat international Airport, car transfers to hotel in
city center. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 11


Place: CU CHI TUNNELS - HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR ( MEALS: B,L)

Details:

After breakfast, our guide and car will meet you at your hotel in HCM city center and start
the tour to explore HCM city (formerly Saigon). The first place to visit in the tour will be
Cu Chi Tunnels the remaining system of tunnels and stretching over 124 miles (200 km).
This tunnel system is famous in the world for its length and history in Viet Nam War. It is
virtually an underground city with dwelling houses, schools, hospitals and factories. On
display are booby traps, the remains of a US army tank and huge craters left by American
B52 bombs. You will be able to admire lots of compelling photos and personal effects left
behind.
After have lunch we visit the Reunification Palace, which was the former residence of the
President of South Vietnam until end of the war in April 1975 . After Reunification Palace,
you can walk to see some French colonial structures including Notre Dame Cathedral, the
Old Central Post Office. Then we continue to visit War Remnants Museum where there
is a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. In courtyard massive military vehicles are
for exhibition as well as tiger cages for the visitor to get a feel on how it was to be a prisoner
during wartime. In the museum building itself, each floor will represent a separate theme
from the war and the war crimes committed towards the Vietnamese people. We drive back
to hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 12


Place: HO CHI MINH CITY – MEKONG DELTA ( MEALS: B,L)

Details:

Around 08:00, our tour guide picks you up at your hotel lobby, then driving to the mighty
Mekong Delta where boats, houses and market float upon the uncountable rivers and
canals. We get on the boat, it will cruise along the river (a branch of the Mekong) and stop
off at various local workplaces including a brick works, a coconut processing workshop and
a mat weaving house. The boat will then stop at a quiet village where you can have a short
walk to experience real Delta village life and take a bicycle ride through dense coconut
plantations.Have lunch at a local restaurant
After the trip ends, we go back to Saigon. Overnight in HCM City

Day 13


Place: TAN SON NHAT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – SIEM REAP ( MEALS: B,D)

Details:

After breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport for the short flight to Siem Reap, one of
the most exciting Indochina tours, the home of the Temples of Angkor. The guide and
driver will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your hotel. Free time to relax, then your
guide will see you again for a Tuk Tuk ride around the suburb of Siem Reap city followed
by a blessing ceremony by Buddhist monks for happiness, prosperity and safety. Tonight
you enjoy dinner with Apsara Dance show at the local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 14


Place: ANGKOR COMPLEX ( MEALS: B,D)

Details:

Early wake up in the morning for a transfer to enjoy the sunrise over the Angkor Temple.
Back to hotel for breakfast then you continue to discover the Angkor Wat, a temple
complex built for king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and
capital city. After breakfast at hotel you continue to explore the ruins including the South
Gate of Angkor Thom, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure,
Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the Preah
Khan temple. In the afternoon you explore the fabulous Ta Prohm temple which
embraced by fig and silk-cotton trees puncture the roofs of Ta Prohm‟s towers. End of the
day you will enjoy the sunset at the Preah Rup temple.

Day 15


Place: TONLE SAP – LUANG PRABANG (MEALS: B)

Details:

Today is the last day in Cambodia. We will spend our last morning visiting the Floating
Village on Tonle Sap Lake and take boat trip to see the daily life on the village. The
natural wonder of Tonle Sap offers an insight into the old tradition of riparian life and the
natural splendor of the countryside and followed by Artisan Dangkor workshop before
transfer to airport for your flight to Luang Prabang.
On arrival at the Luang Prabang airport, you will be met and transferred to check in the
hotel (early check-in upon availability)
Situated in the centre of northern Laos, Luang Prabang is classified as a UNESCO World
Heritage Site for its outstanding cultural, historic and architectural values and its
harmonious relationship between the natural and built environment. Overnight in Luang
Prabang

Day 16


Place: MEKONG RIVER CRUISE – PAK OU CAVE (MEALS: B)

Details:

After breakfast, you will first visit Royal Palace Museum, which was built in 1904 during
the French colonial era for King Sisavang Vong and his family.
We then embark on a leisure cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a
breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside, before reaching the mysterious Pak Ou
Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of
various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims.
Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine.
On arrival back in the city, we will visit the old Wat Sene and the nearby magnificent Wat

Xiengthong a superb piece of Lao temple architecture, which presents a sweeping two-
tiered roof and ornate mosaics including a beautiful „tree of life „glass montage on the rear

temple wall.
If time permits, we will drive out of the city to visit Ban Xangkhong, the Thai Lue village,
which is famous for its arts and crafts. We also visit the nearby village of Ban Xienglek
specializing in making the traditional Saa paper.
You can either get to the nearby village and join a petanque game with the local team.
Late afternoon, we will make a stop at Wat Prabath to admire the sunset; this is the ideal
place to catch the last beauty of the day.
The tour ends after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely
collection of handmade textiles made by local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang
Prabang.
Overnight in Luang Prabang

Tip: If you are fond of various ethnic cultures, you can visit Traditional Art and Ethnology
Center (closed on Monday).

Day 17


Place: KUANG SI WATERFALL (MEALS: B)

Details:

Wake up as the sun rises, we will prepare to join the most sacred tradition of Laos, the daily
morning alms giving, which dates to the 14th century. More than 200 Buddhist monks
depart from various temple to gather their daily meal from the faithful residents sitting
quietly on the streets.
We then visit the temporary morning market near the former Royal Palace. Just set on the
ground, the local people come here to barter their day’s catch from rice, to vegetable, to
fish, or chicken.
After breakfast at the hotel, we ascend the 329 steps to the top of Phousi Hill for a
panoramic view of the city and the Mekong River.
If time permits, we will visit UXO Visitor Center (closed on Saturday, and Sunday), where
you can find the documentation about the secret war in Laos.
Then transfer directly to the beautiful Kuang Si, which is the biggest waterfall in the Luang
Prabang area with three tiers leading to a 50-metre drop into spectacular azure pools before
flowing downstream. The pools also make great swimming holes and are very popular with
both tourists and locals
There is also the chance to walk to the nearby village of Ban Thapene, and explore the

hidden waterfalls, which is rarely visited by other tourists
If you wish, take a short visit to the Bear Rescue Center, which houses a couple of dozen
animals rescued from the hands of poachers and traffickers.
On the way back to Luang Prabang, we will take a short visit to the Ock Pop Tock Living
Craft Center, set serenely close to the Mekong, this beautiful, traditionally styled
workshop, where weavers, spinners and batik makers produce top-quality fabrics, offers free
tours every half-hour. This is also one of the best spots to admire the sunset in Luang
Prabang
Transfer back to your hotel late afternoon. Overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 18


Place: ELEPHANT EXPERIENCE – LUANG PRABANG DEPARTURE (MEALS: B)

8:00 am – 8:30 am: Pick up by our English-speaking guide from your hotel lobby within
Luang Prabang, Laos
Arrival at the Elephant Village Camp: Welcome greeting by your guide and participate in
a short briefing about elephants
Elephant Feeding: Get up close and personal with elephants
Explore Elephant Village: Visit our elephant hospital, museum, gallery and dung paper
making facility!
One on One Experience: Enjoy the impressive experience of being a Mahout! 1 person per
elephant
Boat trip to the Tad Sae Waterfall: Ride in a traditional Lao long boat to the Tad Sae
Waterfall and relax or swim in the clear water. Swimsuit recommended! (note: water levels
will vary with seasonal conditions)
Lunch: Dine at our Elephant Camp restaurant. Your buffet lunch is served with coffee / tea
